Because of the absence of immediate results, people stop dieting and exercising even though they know it is good for them. The failure of many people in achieving the healthy lifestyle is because of this.
Applying instant gratification to your health problem can be a solution to this problem. It is not really impossible to gain health benefits while laying aside instant gratification. Gratification perception can be overcome in different ways. But, you can actually try some methods to help you overcome this. In your health plan, add a bit of instant gratification. Just to give you motivation to help you achieve your health goals, you can reward yourself every time you achieve a goal on your healthy living plan. As you get used to your new habits, you can start reducing your rewards.
